This policy explains our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds and replacement. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
Replacement Eligibility
2.1 Product Eligibility
As a responsible company Tazah Global wants to ensure that the product is received by the customer in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken or damaged you are eligible for a free replacement.
2.2 Timeframe
You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team at toptrendsllcofficial@gmail.com with your order number and share a video of the incorrect, faulty or damaged product within the eligible time frame. In a lot of cases the issue is with the usage of the product and our team can guide you on how the issue you are facing can be fixed. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty, we will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you the replacement.
Please note that we do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”.
3. Refunds
We do not have a refund policy in normal cases but in some special cases based on approval a refund can be issued based on customer request.
3.1 Eligibility
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
