Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

4- Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

5- Lost or Damaged Packages

5.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
